This semi-aquatic kreation was crocheted from Kristie's pattern. It was originally intended for H.U.B.'s Biketobeerfest. Unfortunately, I arrived too late to successfully leave him. (I tried, but it was just too dark and too rainy for him to be safely left where someone might find him.) Now, he will just have to find a new landing spot.

He was left with a note that read, "Hello! My name is Augustine the Hippo. I'm an easy-going, fun-lovin' sort of guy. Do you want wanna chill?"
I got busy and was a bad philanthropic crafty giver, so I just dropped Augustine off today, October 26, 2011. I left him near one of Full Sail's breweries.
