I was left at Webster Lake in Northglenn. I was sitting on a bench at the east entrance of the park.

Lore generally portrays turtles as slow creatures, but, by mildly altering Kristie's pattern, I have crocheted a turtle with quick intellect and the desire for an exhilarating life. He will be someone's four-leaf clover on St. Patrick's Day and thereafter.

This guy was left in the lap of a reading-child statue with a note that read something like,  "Hi!!! I'm a super-active turtle, and I like to travel. Would you take me with you on your journey?"
