In-between Snails

If you're special enough to have found a snail, please tell me about how you found him/her, where s/he's at now, and any interesting details of his/her/your adventure.

When you look snails up on NPR, you'll find a review of The Sound of a Wild Snail Eating; it's the memoir of a sick woman gaining inspiration from a gifted snail. You'll also find an article about adapting a snail shell into "high-tech body armor" and an article about how snails on meth have slightly better memories. I'm doubting Anna knew any of this when she created and shared her snail pattern. I, personally, just thought they were adorable. Still, it is a good reminder that one creature can fulfill a limitless number of purposes.

Purple Snail: Al Alfy Alfred
Orange Snail: Harry Hal Henry

These two snails were left on my trip from Boulder to Portland with notes which read, "Hello! My name is ______, and I lost my way between Colorado and Oregon. Would you help me find a new home?"
